  • Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads and acquire customers.
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts and drive engagement with decision-makers.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS marketing and Dev tool Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.
