Responsible for guiding teams to deliver Moolya value and also responsible for managing the business unit revenue and profit, by managing people allocation and efficient utilization of people. DM serves as primary contact for customers on escalations, concerns next to people on the project. DMs are accountable for the end to end delivery of projects to meet customer needs and customer relationships across span of control. DM delivers value by growing revenue, optimizing operational costs, managing risks & compliances & ensuring business continuity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end Project Delivery, Transformation and Innovation initiatives for all verticals
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context.
- Works with VPs & C-suite leaders and Competency Teams on Resourcing Strategy and Capacity Management, Risk Management and Reporting
- Manage the onboarding of new services through Delivery Managers
- Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Assess and refine procedures, tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery process
- Maintaining business unit budget and tracking the Gross Margin
- Leading the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good skills & experience in customer stakeholder management
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience (Functional & automation project management)
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer oriented
- Able to meet deadlines and manage constantly changing technical and business requirements
- Strong motivated, disciplined, having the desire to succeed and deliver the requested results beyond expectations
- Very good planning, analysis and organization skills
