We are looking for a high-energy, hungry-to-learn Junior Business Development Associate who is eager to start a career in B2B sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are comfortable speaking to new people, willing to make cold calls, and excited to learn how to run a sales cycle from first conversation to closure.

You will be responsible for generating leads, initiating conversations with prospects, and gradually owning deals end-to-end with guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for senior sales leaders initially, and later lead them independently
  • Understand client requirements and articulate the company’s services clearly
  • Assist in creating proposals, pricing, and follow-ups
  • Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Support deal closures and handoffs to account management / delivery teams
  • Meet weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, pipeline creation)

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on calls
  • Willingness to do high-volume cold calling
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales concepts (or strong interest in learning)
  • Good written communication skills (emails, LinkedIn messages)
  • Comfortable working with targets and metrics
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or consulting sales
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prior internship or campus sales experience
