About the Role:-
Moolya is seeking a meticulous and high-integrity Finance Executive to join our HR Ops team. This is a critical role designed for a professional who thrives on precision, standardized processes, and absolute data integrity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial health of our people operations, ensuring that payroll, compliance, and audits are executed with zero margin for error.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Execute monthly payroll for 500+ employees with 100% accuracy. Manage all variables including tax withholdings, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, PT, ESI, and LWF. Handle timely filings and maintain an impeccable compliance record.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Conduct regular internal audits of HR financial data. Ensure all employee records and compensation structures are audit-ready at all times.
- Information Architecture: Establish and maintain a rigorous filing and documentation system. This includes standardized naming conventions, version control, and organized digital archives.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Collaborate with the Finance department to reconcile HR-related expenditures, budgets, and monthly accruals.
Candidate Profile
- Professional Pedigree: 2–4 years of experience within a Big 4 firm (Audit or Tax background preferred).
- Quality Standards: A demonstrated obsession with organized data. You should have a natural inclination toward structured Excel modeling and clean documentation.
- Integrity: Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential financial data with the highest level of ethics.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial or compliance-related information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
