Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and support the organization of a Program and its activities.
- Take ownership of joining training and maintenance audits for candidates being trained.
- Schedule the details of the program and events based on the plan
- Ensure the assessments are prepared on time and coordinate with trainers per needs.
- Ensure the proper training is maintained and the success of the program
- Complete and compile all necessary paperwork for documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Equivalent
- Freshers can apply
- Excellent in communication
- Should be willing to work from Bangalore
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details
