Experience Required
5–7 years of QA experience, preferably in AI, conversational, or voicebot testing.
Hands-on experience validating voice AI or chat AI.
Strong exploratory testing background.
Experience with AI evaluation metrics and LLM-based systems (preferred).
Skills
Good understanding of LLM behavior, prompt testing, and conversational AI evaluation.
Strong in documentation (charters, session notes, metrics).
Self-driven individual contributor.
Familiar with Notion, Linear or similar tools.
Clear communication with founders and engineering teams.
Nice to Have
Basic automation skills.
Experience with production-grade AI products.
Understanding of retail/manufacturing frontline workflows.
