We are looking for  The Technical Interviewer  who plays a crucial role in our talent acquisition process by evaluating the technical skills and capabilities of job candidates. This role involves conducting technical interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and providing feedback to the hiring team to ensure the selection of the most qualified individuals.
 Anybody who is from the QA space want to indulge into building testing teams will be ideal for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Technical Interviews:

  • Conduct technical interviews for candidates applying for various technical roles within the organization.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and coding skills.
  • Use a variety of interview techniques and assessments to accurately gauge candidates' qualifications.
Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Assess candidates' proficiency in relevant programming languages, technologies, and tools.
  • Evaluate candidates' problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and coding abilities.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the hiring team based on the interview outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the technical requirements of open  positions.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert to help shape job descriptions and interview processes.
Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with feedback and guidance.
Technical Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve your own technical knowledge and interview techniques.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) preferred.
  • QA Managers , Software Developers , Automation testers who has strong understanding of Testing methods
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development methodologies, and technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates objectively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with various technical assessment tools and platforms.
Additional Information:

  • This position may require occasional travel for job fairs or candidate assessments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technical requirements and interview formats.
