About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager who can lead HR operations at scale, build strong teams, and bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to people processes. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution, with a strong understanding of HR in an IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee and improve all HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and engagement
● Lead and mentor the HR Operations team while aligning initiatives with business priorities ● Build, implement, and refine HR policies, processes, and HR tech systems
● Manage end to end talent acquisition and retention strategies for large teams
● Drive succession planning, performance management, and structured career growth programs
● Partner with managers and leadership to solve people related challenges
● Promote a positive, inclusive, and high trust workplace culture
Desired Profile
● MBA or PGDM (Full Time)
● 11 to 14 years of experience in HR Operations
● Experience in an IT services organisation with 500 or more employees
● Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
● Comfortable working with HRMS tools and data driven decision making
