We are looking for a fresher/experienced to join our organization. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing social media visibility  and creative content writing for the global L&D Team. This role will hold the responsibility of thoroughly  understanding the capabilities of social media and its ability to connect with a wide range of audiences, and how to use those capabilities to develop a range of strategies and content forms. This will be accompanied with the other day to day responsibilities as and when required by the management.


REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Excellent consulting, writing, collaborating,  editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Creative thinking and Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

  • Advanced knowledge of all social media  platforms 

  • The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines

  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • An eye for detail and taking complete ownership of deliverables.




RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage and oversee social media content and internal LMS branding campaigns.

  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and key google analytics metrics..

  • How to Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

  • Manage every piece of content that goes out on behalf of Moolya L&D Team representing Moolya, ranging from newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media posts on various platforms

  • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content

  • Analyze performance indicators and web traffic, identifying areas where the content requires improvement

  • Proofread new content to avoid and correct errors.Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules

  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

  • Regularly produce various content types, including email, blogs and white papers.

  • Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.

  • Edit content produced by other members of the team.

  • Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
