Coach - Collibra

We're seeking a Coach/IC for Collibra at Moolya, a role requiring a strong leader with hands-on testing experience and the ability to drive a quality-first culture. The position involves leading testing efforts, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, and mentoring Moolya team members to improve performance. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills, extensive testing experience, and the ability to coach and develop their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead the testing efforts for Collibra, ensuring that all quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and other Test leaders to drive a culture of quality across teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for all quality-related aspects, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
1. Hands-on Testing:
   • Actively participate in the testing process, going into the weeds when necessary to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
   • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
2. Coaching & Mentoring:
   • Provide guidance and coaching to Moolya team members, with a focus on developing their technical skills and improving performance.
   • Identify and address skill gaps within the team, implementing strategies to elevate overall performance.
3. Continuous Improvement:
   • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, processes, and tools.
