Performance Testing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in pre-sales activities by understanding client requirements related to performance testing.
  • Conduct deep-dive technical discussions with clients to identify performance testing needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of load and performance testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the technical and development teams to create proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot performance testing strategies.
  • Assist in crafting technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs for prospective customers.
  • Analyze system performance data and provide insights during client engagements to showcase testing effectiveness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for load and performance testing solutions during pre-sales and client calls.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in load and performance testing, preferably in a pre-sales or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc. Load/Performance testing of Micro services is Nice to Have.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing POCs, technical proposals, and solution architectures for prospective clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new client environments and requirements.
