We at Moolya are looking for an Account Manager who can join our energetic sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers for non-technical aspects of the engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders in different departments at the customer end
Assess the project health and maintain reports and data about the health of every project and create a mechanism to alert the right set of people in case of an issue
Ensure that the customer has the right platform and point of contact to connect with and share their feedback - good or bad, on a regular basis
Work with the delivery managers to ensure that the Moolyans working on the projects are happy and not overworked. In case of any such incident, work with the delivery manager to subtly convey the same to the customer and work out a solution
Track and document the value we are adding to the customer. For this work with the delivery managers to create a collection of reports and case studies for each project
Look out for opportunities to grow and strengthen existing projects
Work closely with fulfillment to prioritize and close any requirements that the existing customers would have
Ensure that the legal and financial aspects of a project are in place and are being carried out smoothly. In case of any discrepancies, work with the teams to solve the same.
