What You’ll Be Doing:
- Come up with content ideas that are fun, quirky, and shareable (no overthinking, just vibes + execution)
- Create Instagram Reels, memes, carousels, and BTS content — sometimes from scratch, sometimes using AI tools like ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs
- Be the face behind and in front of the camera — shoot, edit, and post content using Canva, Instagram editor, CapCut, etc.
- Hang around the office and rope coworkers into viral dance trends, funny skits, and micro-interviews
- Stay on top of trending audio, memes, formats, and hooks — and get them live before they’re stale
You Should Be:
- Naturally extroverted — the kind of person who can get a dev to lip-sync
- Obsessed with short-form content and internet trends
- Comfortable being on camera — or directing people who are
- Familiar with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn from a creator’s lens
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs) to ideate and generate content
